While the Green Observatory has worked almost entirely on a voluntary basis since its creation in 2017, this is not a sustainable model. This is why we are now welcoming financial support big or small, in order to enable our work to continue.
The financialisation of nature and the growth of so-called market-based solutions to climate change and biodiversity destruction are unfortunately only beginning ; we believe that there is a greater need than ever for rigorous and independant analysis and deciphering new developments in this area, in order to have an informed public debate.
